• Your tasks include independently managing customer-specific projects, advising and implementing project requirements when introducing or further developing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or MOM systems (Manufacturing Operations Management), or implementing individual projects of various sizes and in various industries
• You will work largely with our customers and the required departments of development, sales, purchasing, quality and production, as well as the project-specific supplier network
• You work independently and lead your project team independently throughout the entire project process
• The coordination, control and planning of the project staff as well as the commercial aspects of the project are also part of your area of responsibility
• You ensure the implementation of the solutions with particular consideration of the surrounding customer landscape and customer processes
• If there are special challenges that may arise in project business, you will support support and product development in order to work together to find solutions
• Internal training on practical project processes and project strategies as well as phase plans, together with exchanges with colleagues, help with personal and professional development
• In addition, you monitor the defined work packages in the projects in terms of effort and progress and provide the customer with the necessary reports on the project status
• You will continuously work on the documentation and further development of best practices, GAP analyzes and the further expansion of our knowledge database
• Within your projects, you support your colleagues in developing optimizations

• Do you have successfully completed a degree in an engineering or economics field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, business administration, industrial engineering - or do you have a comparable qualification?
• You are very familiar with business processes in the PLM / MOM environment
• You are experienced in consulting and concept creation for PLM / MOM processes
• You enjoy being part of a team and have great communication skills and good leadership skills
• You have a hands-on mentality and generally tackle topics, even if they are not part of your core tasks but serve to advance the project
• Your personality is characterized by strong customer orientation, enthusiasm, high persuasiveness, results orientation, decision-making ability, organizational skills and quality orientation
• You have a good technical understanding and are looking for opportunities to constantly expand your know-how
• You are flexible and like to travel
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
